Yanria was an excellent adviser. Her customer service was beautiful. However, the same cannot be said for the work provided by the collision center. Since buying my Honda in 2017, I have only allowed this dealership to service my car. The AC in my car stopped working, so of course I brought it to the Honda dealership to have it fixed. After having it returned to me, I noticed the reflection light was literally hanging out. I brought it back to them to have it fixed, which they did, however, the second time I noticed one side of my fender was more lose than the other; I can literally push the fender in with my hand. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that after removing the fender “so many times” it doesn’t fit as “snug” and there was nothing that could be done at this point. I politely reminded them of why the fender was a removed “so many times” because of their careless error. I was told “ it’s a often an issue with the civics an the accords. This is not an acceptable excuse. Nor was I offered any type of compensation for having to bring it to them twice in the first place, and now I have to drive around with a poorly fitted fender!

I just bought my new truck from here. It was super easy to text Anthony and get information on the vehicle I was interested in. Fast responses by Anthony made it easy to setup a test drive and I was driving the truck within 10 minutes of me showing up. I took my vehicle in for a extended warranty item AC condenser . But I had to agree to pay $300 to have the vehicle checked to ensure that the warranty was the problem. If the warranty product was the issue then I wouldn’t have to pay the $300. Luckily for me the it was the issue. But! Guess what happened when the mechanic came back. After his very thorough inspection he found what he suspected to be a faulty hose that was not covered by the warranty. Surprise, surprise they told me it would only cost $900+ to have the addition hose replaced. Which really looked more like a clamp if it was even a issue. When I said no thank you to just fix what was warrantied. They told me it would void the warranty on the new condenser because it had another known issue in the system that I received to fix. Touché, you got me! This just added to the reasons I don’t like using dealerships for services. To put the icing on the cake. The made me pay a service fee for the repair. I told them it was ridiculous that I had to have the warrantied item fixed by them and because they FOUND another issue and cornered me to have them do the work that I shouldn’t be charged the additional $60 service fee. The disagrees but let me know they gave me free car wash. Thanks!!!

Horrible experience! My Accord's paint chipped off from the ceiling by itself. I kept going to the dealership asking them to check and it was a new car and they had some work done on it at the same spot. They kept asking me to meet bodyshop folk who were mostly unavailable. Then one took pictures and said they will get a qoute and talk to Honda. This process itself took a whole year. Then after a while they sent a letter saying its there is a recall on my car for this issue and this is happening with lot of Accords with the same color. Since then I have been trying to get it fixed but the body shop folks are not responding and Honda agents have clearly said they cannot do anything about it, nor can they direct me to another body shop. Super unhelpful ppl there for an issue that is caused because of them!

The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is due to a policy they have to not provide a 2nd key when a used car only has 1 key. The prices for our 2022 Honda HRV was pretty “honest” as I like to say, considering how crazy the automotive market is currently. That was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. We came in to AutoNation Sunday morning first thing. I was dreading it so we got there early… so early we arrived before they opened. The sales manager greeted us at the door anyway, and Mike D’Agostino came out to show us the CR-V I wanted. Mike was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. He explained everything, answered every question, and sat with us as the financing was being arranged. Amyn walked us through the financing in no time and made that process A LOT easier than I expected it to be. He even got a better rate than my bank had offered me! All in all I walked away with the car I wanted, had a painless experience, and will be coming back for service when I need it, even though this particular shop is a bit out of my way. This is my first time going to the service department on Reinhardt Road. I decided to use the courtesy shuttle. The driver had me waiting over an hour outside my work building for pick up. This is unacceptable customer service. I recommend you get your own ride or stay and wait for your vehicle. This don’t deserve a 1 star

We bought a slightly used VW Atlas from the used lot last month and I have no complaints! We worked with Joshua and he was so honest and patient. Really made us feel confident and comfortable with our purchase. Overall great experience and I will definitely return in the future.

I went in to get a wheel alignment (because I got a coupon in the mail) and have a few other things checked out. I honestly don't think they aligned the wheels at all. The car still drastically pulls to the right. I can't tell if it was worked on at all. I was having issues with it starting. They charged me $70 to diagnose it without a clear answer on how to fix it. I asked to repair my backseat and they told me they wouldn't change me for that if they didn't have to replace any parts. None of the parts for that needed to be replaced but I was stilled charged. And I decided to get an oil change because I had a coupon for that as well. But that was still double the price of any other oil change business. Then they wanted to fix a bunch of other stuff that other repair shops charged a fraction of the price to repair. Overall, I feel everything is way overpriced and I feel like I got ripped off on my wheel alignment. Would not recommend taking your business here.

I was very impressed with my service rep, Travis.......very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . The service was done in a timely fashion. I realize the car wash is "free", but more time needs to be taken with wiping of water spots on car........it was very noticeable.

I brought in my vehicle on 4/24 for a simple oil change. Not only did I have to pay $73 for a SIMPLE oil change and waited over 3 hours to pick up my car. After leaving, I then see that they didn’t put parts of my car back together properly and it was bent and slanted. Something that was NEVER on my vehicle. After calling back to tell them of their mistakes, I was laughed at by a manager, and the Director blamed ME for their mechanic’s mistake. After bringing in my vehicle today, 04/28 to get it resolved I left with the director reminding me again that it was MY FAULT and that even though it was my fault they’ll “fix it” after about 15 minutes I get my car back and it’s barely fixed. No compensation for my gas or time to have to drive back to rectify a mistake they’ve created and now I have to drive my car with messed up parts and have to go else where and spend more money out of MY pockets to fix a mistake that I didn’t do. Please save your money, time and sanity and go elsewhere.

If I could leave negative stars, oh believe me. I would. Took a Honda Civic to this location yesterday, for a simple oil change. Paid over $70 for said oil change, wasted over 3 hours of my time, waiting for said vehicle, just for it to not be done properly, with the oil pan hanging off of the vehicle. Tried to call the location to explain my frustrations of THEIR mistakes & was LAUGHED at over the phone by “management”. Real professional. Take your time & money elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. Never ever go to this dealership. Three hours for an oil change, just for them to NOT ATTACH THE OIL CAN BACK. Paid almost $80 dollars too. Called and got laughed at on the phone by employees after being on hold for half an hour. Literally have never had a worse experience.

Came in to test drive a Ridgeline. The salesman was awesome. After the test drive, we sat down to go over numbers. I looked them over and let him know we will think about it. He says ok. The issue is when we went to leave the dealer, those people who sit like bank tellers by the front door. Some tall lanky goofball blocks me and my wife's path and snatches the papers from my hands. He says this is private information you can't take this home with you. I start laughing because I think he is joking. He does not return the laugh or the papers. In shock, I just say ok man and leave. The salesman comes rushing out after us to apologize for the other employees behavior, saying he is always like that. Anyway, the offer was not a good offer and I'm sure that's why the wannabe security guard would not let me take the offer with me to think about it. Meanwhile, other dealerships have no issue sending me an itemized invoice via email. Guess who I went with. Not AutoNation Honda Sanford 😂😂

I take my car always to this one. I have one closer to me but I prefer to drive to sanford. The service is great and the ambiance is nice. Travis is cool, helpful and he will answer any question you have. A little pricey for small job but I know it was done correctly.

They have even repaired things under warranty that I didn't know needed repaired. But as a side note, and this goes for a lot of places now, I wish they took cash. Buyer Beware. The dealership sold my husband and son a car that was purchased with a warranty. We specially purchased this car with a warranty as my son will soon be leaving for college. After about 4 months, we took the car in for a warranty issue only to be told there was no warranty on the vehicle. Upon dozens of calls to the dealership, we subsequently found out that when the car was purchased, the dealership attached the incorrect warranty to the car. The warranty was then cancelled - WITH ZERO NOTIFICATION TO US THE CUSTOMER - and closed out. After weeks of back and forth they have ultimately decided there is nothing they will do. It’s infuriating. We purchased a car with a warranty as a package deal and then because of their error they are dropping their end of the purchase agreement. We’ve also been told twice they have sent a refund check two weeks ago and nothing has been received by us. We have never had such a terrible experience with any company. Aside from contacting the BBB, I wanted to share here so all are aware. Not only did the make a huge mistake with the wrong warranty, they failed again when they did not communicate any of this to us. And finally, just completely provided the worst service after saying they are not going to help fix the matter or attempt any type of resolution whatsoever.

Very Disappointed!! My son purchased a GMC Sierra and I co-signed for it. The very next day, the transmission went out. They took it back to "supposedly" fix it. When he got it back over 2.5 weeks later, 1st payment was made and used for about 15 days, the transmission went out. AGAIN!! This is beyond reprehensible!! Yes, they took it back for the 2nd time but no one is giving us a clear indication of what they are going to do. We are not rich and work hard to have the basic necessities and pay our bills but this is a huge burden to have to Uber him to work and then pick him up at the end of the day. Yes, things can happen and they will but good customer service is warranted and should be provided. I hope that this can be turned around into a better experience but as of today, I rate it 1 star.

This dealership surpassed our expectations. Let me start with the Johnson Brete in the sales department. I had originally called to get a quote and some information regarding a car. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He even went above that and sent me a text message with an out the door price for the car I was originally looking for. When we scheduled an appointment to go in and take a look at a car, we honestly expected to be hounded from the moment we walked in the door. None of that happened. He was very calm, professional and patient in answering all of our questions. We never once felt pressured. And when we decided on a car we walked us through every step and went to bat for us. And man again the patience he demonstrated in showing us all the bells and whistles for our car along with answering our questions AND even volunteering to set up our phones. I'm talking the place was closed and he was still there talking to us, without us ever feeling like we were an inconvenience. Johnson was EXCELLENT and we're so fortunate that he picked up the call. The next shout out goes to Keith Jamsky in the finance department. He was very down to earth and is awesome at his job. Again a very chill no pressure environment. Very friendly and patient when answering our questions and even making recommendations. He didn't just take the first finance offer that was given but looked for the best deal for us, taking in consideration what we told him were our priorities. I've never purchased a car before and honestly didn't know what to expect. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about purchasing in a dealership. I am beyond grateful that I have a different experience to tell. If you can come to Honda Sanford and get Johnson or Keith you will not regret it. We sure don't. And we got a beautiful car in the driveway to prove it!

Although the price for the service was more thn the competitor, when I mentioned this to my service advisor, he adjusted the cost to match the competitor.

I was looking to replace my 2005 Toyota 4 Runner. I went for a test drive @ the local Toyota dealer first and the did visit several other dealerships. The Toyota dealership was asking for $3K beyond the MSRP price of any vehicle. I looked @ Consumer Reports @ saw that several models of Honda vehicles are highly reliable. I went to Auto Nation Honda in Sanford to test drive several models. My sales Associate was Tony Aviles. In my vehicle purchasing history I think that I have bought 7 new vehicles, 2 lease vehicles and numerous used vehicles over the last 50+ years. Tony is one of the two best sales associates that I have ever dealt with. I took several used models for test drives as there was no model in stock that I wanted @ the current time. There was no rush, no hard line sales pitch, no checking with the sales manager to get a ‘ better deal’. Tony took his time, answered all my questions, showed and explained all the features on several vehicles to me. I am happy with my purchase on a Honda C-RV. I had to put down a deposit to order the exact model and color that I wanted. It came in in about 2 weeks. I took it for a test drive and completed the sale. It appears that Auto Nation Honda has a good operation in Sanford. I did visit Kia, Toyota, and Subaru dealerships during my vehicle search. I was not impressed with the vehicles, sales staff or the dealerships .

Took it in for humming noise and suspected front wheel bearing or u joint. They contacted me after about 3 hours saying vehicle was ready to pick up. I got there and the same brake dust was on the wheels as there was when I brought it in....and no fingerprints from taking off wheels. Writer said they found nothing wrong but here is a quote for new tires, new brakes and various other things I didn't bring it in for. I asked the writer if they drove it and heard the noise and took off the wheels to check the bearings etc. She assured me they did....I'm sure they did not. I took my vehicle to a competitor in orange City who immediately found the bad wheel bearing, ordered the parts and installed quickly and efficiently. I will not recommend auto nation Honda to anybody as they are clearly more interested in upping your repair bill then they are in fixing the problem you brought your vehicle in for.

There was a recall for my Ridgeline. I made a morning appointment and decided to drop it off the day before. My wife followed me to Autonation and we left from there to run a couple errands in Sanford (we’re from Oviedo). Before we finished the errands I got a call from Dan telling us that the truck was ready, including a tire rotation and wash. We picked it up and saved the extra gas and tolls. You can’t beat that!

Emanuel was great to work with. No pressure or dishonesty. He helped me find and check out a few cars within my price range. When we found a few minor issues with the car he acted quickly to get them fixed. When, a few days after purchase, I decided to go in a different direction, he helped me return the car to Autonation for a hassle free return and refund. Although I didn't end up keeping the car this time, my experience with Autonation was great and I will be back for future vehicle needs.

I got my car back in Dec 2021. Ryan is a good salesman, very understanding and dedicated. He’s the only reason i’m giving this place 2 stars. The financing was part was really disappointing, although i had no credit, my consigner did which was very good credit. It took literally all day to get the price and interest rate we were ok with. I understand it’s all business to Honda, but at the end of the day it’s their job to make sure you’re satisfied with their customer service in order to keep getting customers. My car had arrived that day in the morning and we arrived later that afternoon, and my car was supposed to have the windows tinted. They never got tinted that day even when we took hours negotiating. I called Honda several times since we paid for the window tint, they made excuses as to the tint guy was out on vacation, i had to contact the salesman who assisted us to make the appointment , i had to contact this manager. I did all of those and still received ZERO help. I decided i was done trying to contact them and paid 350 to tint my windows with a business in my town who took less than 3 hours to do so. This was such a disappointing process, especially since it was my 1st car and big purchase. We had recently bought new cars with Toyota and their process and customer service was superior compared to Hondas. I’m sure they have satisfied customers, but i can say there are definitely better places to take your business. I would not recommend this Honda to any of my friends or family and when they compliment my car i always tell them that’s the only good thing that came out of dealing with Honda but i would never buy from them again.

I took my car for repair to this place. I was given 3 different prices. First $1920, then they said it's going to cost $2400 and finally they said $4300. I refused the repairs and picked up the car and they still charged me $1980. This service department rubs people and the Dep manager refused to do anything about it. BE AWARE!!!

I have been with Honda for 6 years and the service that I have experienced in the last 3 has been horrible to say the least. I don’t know if it’s new management, or other practices, but I have been treated horribly and unfairly. This last visit they kept my car from the morning to mid afternoon, I had to call and find out what was going on with my car, they advise me to leave it over night because they can’t fix it by end of day, and it would be dangerous to drive. They wouldn’t provide me with a loaner nor a rental. I get a way to work, but I wouldn’t be able to pick the car up when it was ready by the time they closed.I ask them to drop my car off 6 miles away, which they have had to drop off to me before there, and they said they would call me back to let me know. They never did. I am having some of the same problems I went in there with, I called and left a message with the service rep, and he never called back. If I could leave a 0, I would. This is not the dealership I used to deal with!

After owning Honda automobiles for over 40 years, AutoNation Honda Sales in Sanford, Florida, has disappointed me to the point of having to consider purchasing another brand of vehicle. My fifth Honda, a 2018, Odyssey, had another car's tire fly across from the other side of the highway to hit its front end. My insurance company spent over $10,000 on "cosmetic" repairs, done by AutoNation Collision, and then AutoNation Sales offered $10,000 LESS than its value as a trade-in. Furthermore, the salesperson told me that AutoNation would not allow for my car to be sold on their lot because it would NOT BE CONSIDERED SAFE, after having professed to be "all made as good as new." This occurred while being bombarded with emails, letters, texts, "special customer codes," all touting how much they want to buy my car or have me trade it with them. Worse yet, the sales manager told me he understood why I was so upset with AutoNation's offer because even with the CARFAX acknowledging the minor damage, they had offered me $10,800 less than my car's value. He also professed that he would try to get me a better deal and would call me the next day. Twelve days later, and still no call, but third request for a review. Update: The situation with AutoNation became even worse before it got better. After not having my car for six weeks while AutoNation Collision did repairs to the front end damage done by another car's tire hitting it, eight weeks later I am stranded with my invalid husband, and one, four, and five-year old grandchildren when my car overheated after the fuses all blew. Nothing worked, even the window would not close. It took two tow truck drivers and equipment from both trucks to get the window closed and towed to AutoNation. The next day the AutoNation Service Department discovered their Collision Center had used an after-market part that had caused all the fuses to blow. They did replace with the correct Honda parts under warranty at no charge. Then I discovered that CARFAX had added that the air-bag had been activated during the collision with the tire. However, the air bag had not deployed. Apparently the air-bag part had been ordered, but it had also been returned as not needed. At this point, the General Manager did help obtain the correction on my car's CARFAX report and this is greatly appreciated.

I had a problem with defective paint on a Honda Accord. It had been partially repainted 2 years ago but another part of the car started to peel. I brought it to the AutoNation collision Center as instructed by the dealer on 9/21/21. They sent the dealer an estimate but the service manager Michael Donaldson refused to respond. I sent various messages to the service manager and was totally ignored. On 10/19/21 I informed Honda USA I was having a problem with the dealer. they called me on 10/26/21 and said they would talk to the dealer. I never heard back from them even when I asked for status! On 11/22/21 I found the general manager. He was was able to get the service manager to finally address my issue although even with his help there were still some delays. **Updated Review** Travis was my service advisor this time and from the time I arrived to the time I left (all total 1.5 hours), I had no concerns nor issues. Of course I was advised to replace some filters but I’m not doing that right away. I’m still bothered that my contract indicates that my tire service was not covered, but I’m paying for it so…that’s a big miss. I have a brand new 2020 Civic Sport, and it was time for an oil change, as well as first service. Lonnie, my adviser, was absolutely amazing. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Went there for service. Agent never returned calls or emails. Promised part will arrive in 3-5 days, but it's been 3 weeks. Showed up for my first appointment and their computer systems were down. No one bothered to give me a make up appt. Had to go back to the open system and get appt weeks later. Then they only looked at 1 of the 2 issues. The agent made it sound like my fault. Had told him clearly I need to pick my child from school, but he delayed getting the car done and getting me the ride. Never returned any calls or emails, leave alone calling me proactively. Also when I was buying the car, their prices were consistently 3k above the competition. Never stepping in again at this place, and advising all friends similarly.

I called about a 2022 Honda Ridgeline at 11:00 AM on Sunday and scheduled to meet them at 1:00 PM. Johnson greeted me, took me out to the vehicle, walked me through it and we went inside. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. As we worked through the numbers, Richard became involved and worked with me to get where we both needed to be. Friendly, honest and no pressure. We agreed on the price of the vehicle and the value of my trade-in and shook hands. Shortly thereafter, I was introduced to Jacques, the Finance Manager and we sat down to sign the papers. We spent more time in conversation about everything but the sale. Again, genuinely friendly and wanted to be sure all my needs and expections were met. I finished with Jacques and Johnson greeted me again to help transfer my belongings from my trade in to the new truck. He also programmed most of the features from my truck to the new one, making the transition seamless. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process, completed in a friendly and timely manner. Seven years ago, I was buying my first car. I could only afford a base model Civic, and went to several other dealerships first. They ALL tried to sell me on higher models of cars than I could afford despite me repeatedly telling them I couldn't afford it. I finally ended up at AutoNation in Sanford, where Daryl listened to what I needed and helped me find it at a better price than anyone else would. He's later helped my family buy two other vehicles. I just went back this weekend to upgrade to a CR-V, and I wasn't going to work with anyone but Daryl. He's honest and direct, which is rare in car sales, and really listens and advises based on the customer's specific needs. Adam in finance was also fantastic, and I can't stress that enough. He customized the insurance policies based on how I use the car (stick with it for a while but have low mileage) and worked hard to ensure I got the best financing options I could. Amazing team, and whenever it's time for me to eventually get a new car in the future, I plan on working with both Daryl and Adam again if at all possible.

This is a very good Honda dealership and service center. My long time experience with them has been good. They have performed all factory service and repairs when needed and the workmanship is good. Overall I recommend them. However, I would encourage Honda owners to research price quotes before they commit to service here to make sure the service and repair quotes received are priced fairly and honestly. I say this because not long ago they quoted me right around $500 to change the spark plugs in my Honda and made it sound like it was a time consuming and complex project. Just a FYI to other Honda owners who might not know any better, $500 to change spark plugs is an outrageous price. I knew something wasn't right and decided to change the spark plugs myself. It cost me $60 some dollars for high quality spark plugs and I completed the job myself in 47 minutes and that included washing my hands, and driving my car around the block after I changed the plugs. The project was not time consuming and was not at all difficult or complex by any means. This equates to Honda charging customers $440+ per hour for labor for changing spark plugs. I would really like to know how this Honda service center justifies charging $440+ per hour for labor to change spark plugs?

I recently retired and after 18 years, I decided it was time to also retire my Mazda B3000 truck. After researching the new mid-sized trucks, I concluded that the Honda Ridgeline was the only one for me. I didn't need a work truck but I was used to having a truck to haul things when I had a hobby business in Landscape Design in addition to my busy healthcare business. But this is the Covid Era and auto production is exceptionally hampered. New Ridgelines weren't even being sold until 2/2/21. I worked with a Honda dealership in February who told me that they couldn't order my truck; they could only request it and they would keep an eye out for one. I only wanted the Ridgeline RTL-E in Radiant Red with the HPD package and could afford to wait however, I would have waited "...Until the 12th of Never" for that dealership to get one in. Another dealership contacted me through an on-line inquiry I placed. They outright lied to me. I have several letters after my name and I think they must have thought they spelled "STUPID"! AutoNation Honda in Sanford, Fl. also contacted me. They listened to my needs and promptly ordered my Ridgeline according to my specs and didn't even ask for a deposit. It took 5+ months for my truck to be built because of the chip shortage and other Covid-related factors. However, Sales Manager Richard St.Louis and Sales Associate Plus Ryan Kittredge, with a big assist from New Car Sales Manager Bryan Trejos, constantly kept me updated on the build. It was pushed out twice, however I had absolute faith in these guys. They always gave me the straight story in a timely manner. The minute my Ridgeline hit the AutoNation lot, I had 5 photos in my Message folder! We closed a very fair deal in a couple of hours that evening. I absolutely love this truck!!! Richard, Ryan and Bryan treated me like a VIP and have continued to follow-up with me. This is the best dealership I've ever done business with. I got a great vehicle at a great price and made some great friends in the process. Thanks, Richard, Ryan, Bryan and AutoNation Honda in Sanford!!!

My sales associate was Johnson Brete, after the sale was done he never reply to my calls or texts there was a part needed to be replaced him and the manager told me they order it but never happened three months later I called because supposedly it was in backorder and they told me that is usually takes a week to order!!!! I would never ever go back to the dealer I’d rather drive till the end of the world to get a service like this moreover;nobody ever returned my call after you make the purchase,not the sales manager, service manager nobody will call you!!!! I will tell you if you can avoid this place go anywhere else but here super horrible service the only thing good there is the Honda vehicles!!!!!! They even have a sign stating that they have presidential service which is a pile of Doo-Doo!!!

It has been a complete unpleasant experience doing business with this dealer. After two weeks of having signed a sale contract between Auto Nation Honda Sanford and me, the salesman Mr. Emanuel called me using his speakerphone to have a conversation with his financial manager to modify the Truth-In-Lending Disclosure APR and total of payments statement, In addition to threatening me to return the car if I refuse. Next day, after my second attempt of calling Mr. Emanuel to take his manager’s second option of returning the car and getting back my trade-In truck, the manager denied to take my call. I thought I was dealing with serious and honest people, although I have realized that the seller might have the right to cancel the contract, but why now going back and forward ?!

For a positive car buying experience Autonation Honda Sanford can not be beat! I didn’t feel pressured or like I was just a purchase number to be secured. Salesman Micheal D’Agostino was wonderful to work with, making sure to answer all my questions and provide the best possible deal for me. He treated me with respect and like my needs and budget were his main concern and priority to satisfy. His follow through is fantastic, contacting me several times over the course of a couple weeks following my vehicle acquisition. Checking up to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle; did I have any questions or concerns; and to remind me that if at any time I needed anything he was available to help me. In three years when it’s time for a new car, Autonation Honda Sanford and Michel D’Agostino will be my only “go to” dealership and salesman. Can not speak more highly of the experience, the dealership and the salesman….just the best!

i have been contacting them for months about the o2 sensor and my windshield wiper fluid not spraying out . this was BEFORE the 30 days . actually , the check engine light popped on the day after leaving the dealership and i was on the phone with DARYL MIRANDA that monday morning and he reassured me that AUTONATION FORD PANAMA CITY would fix it .it been almost 90 days and no one will get back with me . this is very upsetting . i’ve had my dad and brother also try to talk and communication was just lost . im also paying 100$ + for a warranty but what’s the point if they refuse to fix my vehicle ? im hoping this can be resolved soon as i’ve been keeping track of everything .

Bought our 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring from them. Sergio was our sales person. I approached them through Costco Auto Program. Sergio sent me the quotes. Kept in communication. They had the vehicle when we got there. Everything worked out. This was my first encounter with Auto Nation and everything has been reasonable so far. The odyssey had a couple of minor issues. They fixed one immediately. The other two; they have ordered parts and it is pending my trip to get it fixed. Love the van by the way.

June 8, 2021 My wife and I were recently looking for a new vehicle which is very difficult in the current market. It was not uncommon to find huge dealer mark-ups on new vehicles and many overpriced used cars due to the severely limited availability right now. Additionally, internet prices are often not what they appear to be. After spending days on the internet and then venturing to the dealers we were happy to find Pedro Inojosa and Ryan Kittredge at AutoNation Honda! Not only was the internet price the actual price, it was competitive, especially in the current market. Much of the initial paper work and finance details were handled electronically limiting our time at the dealership. We requested to have two things addressed on the vehicle as it was a late model used car which they did quickly and completely without question or additional charges. From start to finish we were very happy with the entire process. Car buying is often stressful and irritating, but not at AutoNation Honda. Thank you for a great vehicle, priced right and priced honestly.

I would not recommend AutoNation Honda. I was told that things would be one way as far as what I had to provide as far as down payment or other costs. Then apparently when I was signing all the paperwork something was slipped in saying that I would apply the $2000 from the warranty and GAP of my trade in as a down payment. This was not even clear to them when I called to inquire when I would get those funds back. When I complained the new finance guy called me to basically point out how I was wrong and they were all good legally. He was very rude. I think they are a bit shady and have turned me off from Hondas in the future.

I came into AutoNation Honda Sanford in need of replacing an 11 year old vehicle. I purchased a used (as is) 4runner from this location a few days ago. The paperwork I was shown indicated they had done some work on the transmission and replaced some of the brake pads. I had requested they look at my tire sensors before purchasing because the low pressure light was on and that they clean the terminals on my battery because there was corrosion on it. They said that they checked all the sensors and they were fine but couldn’t take the light off (advised I go to a Toyota dealership. When I took it to the automation location in Winter Park they advised that they did not check my spare tire and that was where the issue was. It was completely flat so they filled it and repaired the issue. I was also not happy to find that my cigarette outlet did not work and needs to be replaced ($150) and that I needed to flush and replace my brake and transmission fluid ($270) When purchasing I was told they complete a a checklist with 150 things to check but they neglected to check if my outlet worked and even though they made repairs under the hood did not replace my fluids. They also did not clean my battery terminals. They skimmed over a handful of things including properly cleaning/sanitizing (there was so much dirt, sand and in some areas that it was obvious they never touched it e.g. inside the center console, around the steering wheel, the side door panels had dirt and dried liquids at the bottom). Overall, my experience was all right. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly and helpful. I would advise anyone who goes here to be annoyingly thorough when they consider purchasing from here though.

I had been having trouble with my brakes. I explained the situation and had my car towed to the dealership to be put on the machine. I was fine with the cost to check it. But after the report I was floored. I was told my car needed 2 parts replaced to get running. The price quoted for the parts was almost $600.00 and the labor and taxes added another $1,000.00. They also offered to appraise and purchase the car. The offer was offensive. I talked to a friend (mechanic) and he informed me the parts are not nearly that much. I went to the Auto Zone site and found the brand new parts totaled $170.00. I picked up the car and my friend changed the parts. My car is driving like new. I understand the business of it all, but I am a single parent with one income. I NEED my car for my livelihood and my money for my family. This should be illegal. And my friend took less than an hour to fix my car, everything was convenient. So why a thousand dollars for labor and taxes?????

My sales person Sergio was kind, responsive and communication was excellent! The manger Bill was also helpful and finance got me through paperwork quickly. The only negative comment could say is they need more people inspecting and detailing cars on weekend. I saw the car on Saturday but could not drive or purchase until Monday and Tuesday because no one to inspect over the weekend. The sales staff made up for the wait though and love my new Beetle convertible! Thank You!!!!

Buying this used HRV was relatively easy and facilitated by a very helpful salesman, Sergio. As in any purchase from a dealer, it seemed to take a long time to complete but in the end my wife and I are very happy with the purchase. We traded in two Honda FITs which we always had serviced at AutoNation and will be having the HRV serviced there as well.

Brought my brand new 2021 Honda HRV in because there was a parking brake error with not even 4,000 miles. Technician said it was a computer software issue but Honda didn’t have the software update and couldn’t tell me when they would have it. The errors come and go on my car. Errors Came back on Friday and I emailed Honda but no response. It’s highly Unacceptable to have any issues with a brand new car and to not give me a date when it can be fixed. Not happy with Honda and it’s only been 4 months.

Went to get my oil change and tire rotation and had my car for less then a year and of course they found things that I needed done on my car and I have most warranty so it was going to be 300 for filters and stuff so I said go ahead with it..so they get it done I go pay and the next day I?m going to see my parents and the tire pressure light comes on..so I stop the car check the tires and notice my hubcaps are loose on all tires so I had to tighten them up..

Despite having an appointment and having been told the basic oil change would be completed in 25-30 minutes it took 1 hr and 40 minutes as I waited with my 91 year old mother. Ironically, the ticket shows a check in time of 10:45 with a completion time of 11:22. The car was not delivered to driveway until 12:25. They also did not reset the service engine light

Out from the lot i went roadtrip with the family 8 passenger plus luggages so pretty much we are loaded and oh! Boy It just blew my mind how great this car was. It has so much space inside and the cargo area. Very smooth riding even going up to the mountain, it performs very well. Car needed to be jumped and just wanted to swing by AutoNation to make sure everything was OK. Turns out one of the computers had failed and I would have been stranded again. Brought 2009 Accord up for general service and wandered into the showroom. I have had some recent thoughts of upgrading to an almost new used car or a new Civic. Steve C. approached me and I was clear that I would not be buying a cat that day. I always make 2-3 trips to a dealership before buying. Steve called the next day and left a message. I called him back several times but was just put on hold and left there. I agree that I did not try his cell phone for the simple reason that he was interrupted twice by calls in the short time I spent with him. When I finally reached him, he was very rude and said everything but curse. I am sorry that Saturday is his busiest day and he has no time to talk to customers. As such I have no tome to buy a car at Auto Nation. I am not mentally very strong and at 76 yo I have little time for this type of treatment.

Sought a low-mileage, high-quality vehicle. Found it at a dealer two hours away from home. Took the drive, loved the vehicle. Asked how to hold. Even though AutoNation has a "reserve this vehicle" option, no one at dealership told us about this. Even offered money to hold. Rejected with an attitude. Sales manager says this is "too much trouble" - for the dealer! Went home. In constant touch with dealer salesperson. We want to buy, we say, and are arranging financing. Still no reserve offer by salesperson. Next day, Cars.com sends us an e-mail; someone ELSE has reserved the vehicle! We raise a fuss. General manager says give vehicle to us - but we still have to scramble to work out financing and drive down to get the vehicle the next day - they want same day. No offer of delivery. No offer to reserve. Nothing. We are glad to have this vehicle, but we do not love this dealership. They are nice enough, we suppose, but at no point did we, ourselves, matter. Final blow: Even though they knew we had driven hours and been greatly inconvenienced by dealership action - or lack of actions - and even though we arrived with a voucher from our bank, sale closing itself took well over 2 hours.

Worst experience!! I made an appointment several days in advance for an oil change. I have a service plan I purchased when I bought my vehicle that gives me free oil changes but I have to take it to any Autonation for service. When I got to Autonation Honda for my oil change, the service tech Gene told me they had to check to see if they even had a filter for my vehicle. I asked him wouldn’t you think if I made an appointment you would have the filter. Gene then stated they do not look at what work is being performed on the vehicle until the vehicle gets there there for the appointment so if they do have to order something the person has to come back. He also stated the only way they will verify if they have everything in stock is if I made an appointment over the phone rather then on their website. It is a huge waste of time if they wait until the customer gets to the dealership just to tell them he have to come back another day due to not having a part. It seems like every time I have to get an oil change I have a problem with Autonation. I have had the worst experience/service. To take time off of work to get there and drive 30 minutes to be told they can’t do the job and don’t know what to tell me to do is absolutely ridiculous. They had no manager there to talk to and I was told the only thing I can do is call them in the morning and that he gets in at 8am.

I usually have awesome service but this time I did have awesome service. But I decided to get a shuttle so I could browse Walmart while waiting on car. I been here since 825. The service guy said to go to cashier. I signed shuttle board... waited waited waited so I scratched out my name on board as I couldn’t wait and not be able to depend on them to pick me up by 10a so I could get back to get car and get to an appt in time. I then went ahead and was going to take shuttle as Travis told the lady I needed shuttle... she then says it’s right there, so I get in back and she gets a gas can or something out of the shuttle and then yells for someone else to take “this lady” (me), I’m sitting and waiting and realize how slow and unorganized they area d apparently nobody wants to take me... so I get out of the shuttle and now just waste time waiting... when I could been shopping and taking care of that while waiting on my car... a guy also was waiting for shuttle and end up saying he going just have to walk cause he had an appt he can’t be late too... so he literally left walking... shouldn’t have this service if not organized and nobody wants to drive the customers... so I seen how slow and decided just to wait for my car, at least I know I’ll be here in time... so annoyed the one time I was going to use the shuttle service... I talked to Michelle and told her the issue and I guess she knows the girl I’m referring to...

I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. When I called to make my appointment, the scheduler reminded me that there was a recall and they needed to look at the issue. My service advisor, Travis Bussin, was very friendly and professional. He explained the details of the recall and kept me informed during my wait. The waiting area was clean and chairs distanced for the customers. An employee came out several times to sanitize the coffee area and wipe down empty chairs. Today I had the disgusting experience of having to bing a vehicle in to get it serviced at Autonation Honda Sanford. After speaking to the advisor and getting everything squared off I headed inside once inside I remembered that I had forgot to tell them not to fill my windshield washer and to not put my vehicle through the wash. ( I’ve had very bad experiences here with both and I rather avoid these half-assed services.) I walked back out side and noticed someone getting into my vehicle, although I tried to approach it before they began to drive off the girl was already speeding off. I knocked on my rear quarter panel to get her attention. She slammed on the breaks opened the door and very disrespectfully said “what do you want” not wanting to start a confrontation I just informed her of my requests. She had already opened the hood of my vehicle so she had to get out and close it( which she slammed........ no need for slamming the hood of a car if she doesn’t know this the dealership should probably teach her this). Before getting back in I tried to confirm she had heard both things so I repeated that I didn’t want my vehicle washed, to which she responded “heard the first time” and slammed my car door( again no need to slam my car doors). I didn’t speak to the service manager as I have had issues before and he just tries to justify his employees instead of listen, this was a better outlet. Her name was Mackenzie.

I typically dread buying a car. The last auto purchase we did took over 6 hours!! At AutoNation Honda in Sanford we were in and out in under 2 hours!! We live about an hour and a half away. I spoke to Ryan before coming down to make sure it would be worth our drive. He was awesome!! I didn?t feel like I was talking to a car salesman. When we arrived he had the car ready for a test drive. No ?let me go talk to my manager? pricing strategy. Truly the best car buying experience I?ve ever had!!

First and foremost I would like to mention the salesman we dealt with, Ginior Lacarte. He treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and was extremely diligent in helping us get the right price for our new 2021 Honda Pilot SE. Ginior gave us a great experience while shopping for a car compared to the other dealerships we went to (Massey Cadillac on John Young pkwy, Lexus of Orlando, Don Mealy Sport Subaru), at these other dealerships we were met with many difficulties and at some of those we were outright told that they “don’t want to work with us” because they did not want to negotiate numbers. We were even told by Subaru that they sell “the most cars” so they don’t have to stress when it come to sales. Which brings me to why AutoNation Honda outclasses all of these other dealerships. First, their service department is amazing. We were bringing our prior car there and they always took great care of us. Our service guy, Joe, is one of the reasons we only get our car serviced at AutoNation Honda in Sanford. I will continue recommend and rave about this guy. Next, as I previously stated, Ginior truly worked so hard for us on our new car, which has absolutely everything my wife and I were looking for. I will yell this mans name from the mountains for everyone to hear because he truly deserves this recognition, he is a true ace in the pocket at AutoNation Honda. Lastly, the dealership and its facilities were EXCEPTIONALLY clean. My wife and I are both immunocompromised due to our conditions and are very hesitant to go out and let alone car shop. The standard precautions that they take went above and beyond all expectations and prior dealerships my wife and I visited in the past two months. This made us very comfortable in the dealership to make the decision to walk out and get our car. I cannot recommend this dealership more highly. If you need a new car or are looking for a lease? GO HERE! Want to do a trade in but are worried you won’t get a competitive price? GO HERE! Want to be treated like a human and not like a walking wallet? GO HERE! AutoNation Honda has made a lifetime customer from my wife and I. Hopefully this review can help you make a comfortable decision while you’re in search of a vehicle! I knew what I wanted and they didn't try to sale me anything different. I know what I wanted to pay and they worked with me on my payment requirements. There was no pressure involved. I had narrowed it down to 2 vehicles (different colors) before we (my wife and I) arrived and they had both cars sitting in the parking lot waiting for us. We did most of our communication over the phone but while we worked in person they were very friendly and we had good casual conversations. Brian was our sales rep and he did a great job throughout the process. He made sure everything was ready (as I stated above). Once we arrived at the dealership, we reviewed both vehicles (2020 Honda Ridgeline AWD) and took the one we chose for a test drive. During the test drive Brian showed us all of the unique and new features of the Ridgeline. Brian was detailed but never overbearing. While we were out they appraised our trade in and gave us what we were asking (a fair value). Back at the dealership it took less than 75 minutes to complete the deal and financing and we were ready to leave. Brian took us out and showed us a few last details and helped us setup/customize the vehicle for each of us (phones, connectivity, stereo, lights, etc...). Th next day Brian texted us to ask if we had an questions and indicated that we could contact him at any time with questions. I would highly recommend AutoNation Honda Sanford and will do business with them again in the future.

John in Finance had us in his office for 2 hours after we told him we were not interested in any packages...... well he added 2 on our loan totaling $600.00. Just about 3,700 miles on it and the mystery formula said to come in for a oil change only. Is the formula on the vehicle itself or generated remotely? Why don't the vehicles come with the maintenance schedule chart anymore so you can do a check off? I guess I'll have to do my own. Good experience though.

Once I left my name and phone number as suggested and never received a call. The website where you can make an appointment is very misleading. I had a great experience at AutoNation Sanford. I worked with two different salesmen and they were both great! One of them actually picked me up at my house when I needed a ride to the dealership to pick up my new car. I was a little concerned about the virus exposure but the dealership was very protective of their customers. My financial person was also very helpful.

With all the years dealing with you, I have always been pleased. Not this time. I don’t know what happened in the last couple months to be so disappointed with your service department. A 10 min oil change turned into an hour and a half. On top of that, you removed a part from the drivers door (why?) and didn’t put it back. I know the part was there when the car was brought in. You then advised of additional work that was needed; coincidentally the exact same advice we heard you give the customer next to us. Scam? My trust in you is gone. Supposedly, you’re ordering the part you lost but I wonder how much you’re going to try to charge us for it. Did you forget that you’re not the only Honda dealer in town? I’m just surprised and so disappointed with you right now.

Based on what I searched on Honda CPO website, Carfax report and Edmunds this 2016 Honda Pilot is CPO or Honda true certified. When I talked to Stephen Critchfield on phone, that was the first question I asked him about manufactures warranty, even he mentioned this in the email as well that this vehicle is CPO. And the car fax report he provided us is showing that this vehicle is CPO. Well, Last Saturday I went to AutoNation, Sanford with my family to test drive and start process on that pilot. Stephen Critchfield was our sales representative. Stephen said there is no warranty on this vehicle at all, only warranty on that pilot Elite is 5 days 250 mile. Well, I feel very disappointed because of all this miss advertisement and even with having communication with salesperson who do not have idea about this vehicle. Stephen was nice enough to showed us vehicle until he said that his time is very precious and why I am wasting my time and money travelling places to look for cars. He said, in past 51 years he owns 49 vehicles and he wake up go to dealership and buy car by the evening (and lot of stuff like that). I am not sure whether he was concern about me, my time or he was trying to make us feel embarrass so we can make decision in a hurry and buy whatever car we saw. I believe that no salesperson has a right to say this to any client. I emailed Julie Miller, GM at the Autonation on 5/18/20 but did not get any response yet.

It was oil change time, and I had an issue with the 9 speed transmission every once in a while it would clunk when changing gears sometimes ,so I mentioned this to the service dept and they told me the transmission learns ,and that it can be reset, so they reset it and someone drove it to get it reset and I could not believe it, but it drives like a different vehicle now. Maybe the first test ride people set it ,or it was set in econ mode , all I know is that it is fixed, and I am pleasantly surprised about how something possibly that major was rectified so well and so quickly. Thank you all for the work done during the corona virus event.The 9 speed transmission gets a bad rap from earlier models, but since they reset mine ,it drives like a dream.

We went thru the Sam’s Club Auto Buying Program and it matches us with local dealers who wish to offer their best prices. Last year my wife and me purchased a vehicle for our son at Autonation Honda in Sanford. We had a very good experience and until last week we would have recommended the dealer to anyone. Our opinion changed last week after my son and wife took his vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation to Autonation Honda in Sanford. After the service the vehicle was taken home and parked. 2 days later I noticed the inner wheel well liner was missing. I called the dealership and they told me over the phone it wasn’t possible as it’s not part of their process. My son took vehicle the next day and they told him the same thing. Now, my son is at Kia dealership and we have to pay $340 to replace a part that was on his vehicle when he took his vehicle for service at Autonation. Last time our family will step foot on the dealership’s property. Shame for the dealership as well be getting a car for our daughter in the very near future.

We purchased a Honda Accord Touring Car this time and everything went very smoothe. Everyone in the dealership was to friendly and helpful. Our Sales Associate, Luke, was really great. He was very knowledgeable regarding the car we were buying and easily answered all of our questions. Luke was very helpful and accomodating when we had to call him several times on extra questions we had forgotton to ask. After an extensive online search and negotiations, Sanford AutoNation Honda gave me the best deal on a new 2019 Honda Insight Touring. I did all my negotiations thru email, not a single phone conversation, and we just went to the dealership this Monday to complete the transaction and take delivery of the new car. Alberto Muniz and Richard St. Louis were the two people I dealt with, and they are very courteous and pleasant to work with! After 3 days, with a daily commute of 50+ miles, my wife is very happy with the purchase of this hybrid car - it looks and drives great so far!

Just moved to the area and wanted good quality service on my 2014 Pilot like I had back home in PA. A co-worker told me about this place and was impressed. Mike was very helpful and got me through pretty quick plus also explained any potential issues upcoming I might want to plan for like tires. They also give you a free car wash and vacuum. Purchased car on 10/31, called next day to cancel extended warranty. Followed up via email 11/14 to John he advised cancellation was submitted and would receive refund in 2-3 weeks. Sent follow up email 11/21 to John and he then sends a cancellation form to sign and send back, I sign and send back the same day. Call 12/5 and speak to John and ask status he says in the works, I asked him to have finance manager call no, no callback received. Called Autonation corporate office 12/5 and advised someone would call me, called back on 12/12 to advise no one has contacted me and rep stated she would send the issue up again. Called 12/18 and asked for Finance Manager and was transferred to voicemail, left message and no call back. Called 12/19 and asked for GM and was advised she was not in yet and they took message for her to call me back and again no call back. Called back 12/19 and asked for Finance Manager and transferred to Justin and left voice mail and again no call back. There is absolutely no follow up or assistance from this company after you cancel a warranty and it has been 7 weeks since my initial request and still not refunded. Worst car buying experience, I should have went to CarMax like I always have in the past.

I don't even know where to begin. We started looking for a car for our son since our lease is coming to a end. And like most people we did shop around, everyone wants the best deal. We have tried to purchase from this dealership numerous times and every time it never works out. You think we would of learned but we thought we would give them another chance since it had been awhile. Anyways they gave us what they said was their best offer. We received a much better offer from another dealership so I let them know this. First I was told by Nancy that pretty much the other dealership was trying to scam us those were not her words but she was saying the deal they were trying to give us didn't match up. And she goes on to tell me that Autonation Honda has the Presidential award for customer service. Ummmm hmmm I wonder how they got that, definitely not by trying to make their customers happy and rectify a problem. We were suppose to go up to the dealership to buy the car before I received that other offer. Well Nancy sends me a text say she was going to send us another offer and we would be really pleased with this one. So we received it in a email and yes the offer looked great. But I guess we should of known if its to good to be true then it probably is! We tell her we are heading that way, its her day off so she says ask for Richard. We walk in and sit down, Richard comes up to us like he has no clue who we are and what we are doing there. We said Nancy sent us, he says hold on. He goes and calls Nancy on the phone and comes back and says this deal is VOID. He doesn't say guys I am so sorry there was bad communication somewhere I am not sure what happened but let me see if we can do anything to rectify this. NO he just stands there and says the deal is VOID. So of course we get pretty upset but through all of that he did not at anytime say lets try and make this right. So we went all the way there for a deal we were told was going to be great we had it in writing and Richard says "the deal is void". I totally understand that people make mistakes but not once did he even try to make it right. And I have no idea what Nancy was thinking even sending that to us. They have horrible customer service and very horrible communication I would not believe any deal they give you unless its right in front of you. I have never been so stressed out trying to by a car and we have bought many cars over the years. This has got to be the worst customer service experience we have ever had.

I arrived a little early for my 10:45 am appointment. I was greeted, given a summary of the scheduled maintenance, including a car wash, and a time estimate for the work. Everything was completed quickly and the rep was extremely nice.

He is such a personable individual as well as very knowledgeable concerning the SUV. The purchase was actually painless, and totally lacked any of the deviousness that we can associate with the dealer and the purchase of an auto. I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 am and after a work up of the repairs needed and estimate, I was told the work would be completed by the end of the day. I did not hear from the dealership all day long, I ended up calling them towards the end of the day for a status on my car. They should have called me, but did not. I was then told my car would be completed between 9-9:30 the following morning. I planned on returning my rental car at 10 am in the hopes that my car would be completed. They called my at 10:20 am just as I was leaving the car rental agency, to let me know the car was done. All work was completed, but I noticed that there was change missing from the change holder in my car. If the technician or the porter who cleaned the inside and outside of my car needed a few quarters, what else are they willing to steal?

We've enjoyed each car we've purchased, favoriting our nearly identical pair of 2014 CR-Vs, so it was a surprise when my wife decided to trade her 2014 for a 2019 CR-V! I bought my first Honda at a local competitor and when it was time to trade I shopped around because of a poor customer experience. I found Autonation Sanford and from the first moments until I drove my brand new car away - the experience was far different and better. The GM, sales managers, internet managers, front desk, my salesperson, finance, and even the people detailing my car - treated the experience the way I believe they would want to have been treated. Spending that much money is nerve wracking and yet they focused on customer service and support - not just my financial transaction. Also - the price on the car was far less than the competition - making the experience even better! I plan to buy another car from them for a family member because I was so impressed with the treatment. The other area dealers could do themselves a service and take a service lesson from Autonation Sanford.

The moment I arrived, Don was there to greet me. He made sure he gave me over to Travis who he said would take good care of my needs, which was well taken care of by Travis. Then, at the end of my service, which was done in a timely manner, Don came over, explained what was done to my car and made sure any questions I had were answered. This is the reason why I come to Honda for my car's up-keep and will continue to do so. And on top of that, I received a car wash free of charge. What's not to like????? The deal was smooth and quick, Richard St Louis, Sales Mgr, was very honest and never tried to force me to purchase the vehicle. Cristian Rivera was so nice and patient. He is a great salesman to deal with. Justin Kilburn , the CFS Mgr also was very helpful and show me all the options available. I called others dealers before and I am glad that I was able to make a deal with Autonation. I was highly recommended by a friend and I don't regret buying the car from them. My experience was very good that I will definitely buy my next car with them.

I've owned a Honda Pilot since 2007 and I absolutely loved it. So when my SUV was totaled and I needed a new one, my first choice was another Pilot. But just thinking about the process of buying a new car mad me procrastinate. I know they make insane amounts of money out of us, that they will promise and promise and once you sign the paperwork all that nice, helpful customer service spirit will be gone. That the new 2019 model will have better features than the 2018 model I will buy. But I needed a car. And I wanted a Pilot. So, first, I went to the same dealership I normally serviced my 2007 Pilot. My first question was: "When are the new 2019 models coming out?" "I don't know" was his response. He...didn't...know. A Honda sales rep, working on a Honda dealership...being trained on all things Honda.... breathing and eating everything Honda was throwing their way....And he told me he had no idea when the new 2019 Honda Pilot was coming out. That was a complete lie. I knew. I looked it up. They were coming out that same week I was there. He lied so I would buy a 2018 model. So yes, some car salesmen lie. I didn't feel like screaming and hollering, so I left. So now what? Only one course of action: Research. I went online. I learned all I needed to learn on new Honda Pilots. What is different on the 2019 models. What are 2018 users saying about their cars? What is the average price they are paying for them? Where are all the dealerships in my area selling them? What loan rates are available for me? What should I tell the sales rep if he starts lying again? So, armed with this knowledge, I started again. I had to choose: Titusville or Sanford? Traffic and time made that decision easy. So I headed to AutoNation Honda in Sanford. There I met Bill. I needed a car, but I needed to make it look like I didn't. Salesmen can smell when you're emotionally compromised to make a purchase. I know, I used to be in sales. Bill was not like that. He took time to explain the features, which I knew all too well. He took us for a test drive, which my wife really enjoyed. Then we sat down for number crunching. Here is where thing got interesting, and in a good sense. Bill took his time to work 5 different sets of numbers for us. Yes, all sales reps do the "let me talk to my manager" routine. I know they can make the call right there, they just do this so you think the manager is the bad guy not giving you the discounts. Bill was extremely courteous. And he listened. He understood that I had a monthly payment in mind and that I would not sign any paperwork that was too far off from that. He took the time to work with us. And I really appreciated how he took the time to explain every little details on the final price: taxes, charges, extras, fees (stupid ones, yes, but unavoidable), etc, etc etc. He was patient, nice and took his time to help. I got the SUV at a price a little higher than I wanted. But still within my budget. And Bill made the whole process bearable. He even stayed late, after the dealership closed, to send us in our was home with our new 2018 Pilot. I will keep visiting AutoNation In Sanford for car services. And yes, I would recommend you to go and buy a car from them. Ask for Bill. Maybe he'll be back from visiting his family in the Caribbean by the time you go. But I'm sure he will treat you the same nice and helpful way he treated my wife and me.

I purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from Autonation in Sanford and it was a great car buying experience. I had bad luck at other dealerships in the area by using the high pressure sales tactics and hiding keys to make you feel like you have to buy a car. I didn't feel like that at all here. Kyle was my salesperson and he made the purchasing the car easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Finance was great too. I am glad I decided to purchase my car here.

I was shopping around for a used Honda Accord 4 cylinder model to replace my 2013 Accord touring which has a V6 in it. I used car gurus for my search and I bumped into many Accords for sale but I found an EX 4 cylinder that caught my attention and I decided to take a trip to Sanford from Gainesville. Since the first moment that I inquired for the car I had a rapid response from Skip Sage. When I arrived the dealership staff was friendly, helpful, made sure me and my girlfriend were happy during our car shopping experience. As i was getting everything ready Charles Twilley was very helpful and showed great professionalism during the various test drives and answering every question that I had. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Accord Sport because the payments were going to be similar so it made more sense to buy a brand new car due to my negative equity it didn't make sense to buy used. As I went to finance to finalized the process Abrahim Aburayyan was the best finance person that I have ever work with. As days passed I remembered that I needed a trunk tray due to my busy lifestyle i use my trunk a lot and i needed the extra protection that a trunk tray offers. Well due to a misunderstanding I ended up traveling back to Sanford but halfway there i had to turn around because they did not have it in stock. Again this dealership earned my respect Skip Sage and Michelle Vickers went above and beyond to compensate me for my time, travel and inconvenience. I am more than pleased with my car buying experience I totally recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a vehicle new or used. Superb customer service, gracious professionalism and excellent managers that won't stop until you are completely satisfied.

My sales rep Justin Kilburn was very friendly and approachable. He wasn't pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about the whole process (and cars in general). From the start we were greeted warmly and offered refreshments by multiple staff members. Everyone here is just great! On a Friday we got straight to work as I was interested in a specific vehicle and he went over everything with me. That vehicle didn't end up being our purchase even though it was a great deal, but we were so impressed with their customer service and attention to detail that we decided to come back the following Monday. Once again, wonderful customer service on everyone's part. Justin worked with us to get me an SUV that I loved and I got an amazing deal on it! Everything was wrapped up nice and neat and it didn't take forever. Ibrahim from financing helped with finalizing the paperwork and he was wonderful as well!
